The Captive Field Research Team set out to complete a brand awareness and data collection campaign in Toronto and Montreal for Bet99, a pre-match and in-play sports betting company. In only 9 weeks our well trained staff, with their expertise on locations and logistics, were able to capture a plethora of personal info all while spreading brand awareness.
BRAND IDENTITY GUIDELINES
With the goal of updating and creating an identity with a more youthful and modern feel, Captive provided Baseball Regina with an entirely new brand identity kit.
This kit provides a guide with the brand color, font and logo and how they are to be used.
- DATA COLLECTION
Captive staff went out in two major eastern Canadian cities, Toronto and Montreal, near popular patios, parks, shopping areas and sports arenas to conduct their research.
The primary target audience for this research were men above the legal age of 19, and between the ages of 19-49.
The purpose of this research was to both build brand awareness and collect data.
The Captive Field Research Teams were able to head out and strike up a conversation with legal adult patrons that were interested in learning more about Bet99. Our team did have some incentives on hand to help, including coffee e-giftcards and $30 of free play money.
The Survey App developed specifically for this program operated very well throughout the execution and was able to host all information captured over the 2 weeks. The team gathered qualified registrations/sign-ups from adult consumers.
The data collected measured Captive’s performance by tracking sign-ups with unique QR codes used to get patrons to the customers landing page.
- STAFF & SCHEDULE
Locations were chosen to ensure the highest possible interaction with qualified adults in the target demographic. Timing of the campaign was also crucial to ensure finding qualified leads. Our staff’s knowledge on locations and personable demeanour helped lead to the success of this campaign.
Captive activated in 2 cities with over 40 outings for a total of 9 weeks to capture over
qualified adult leads.
